RARE FATHER Coffee Break with ANGEL AID & Al Freedman
Calling all fathers, sons, uncles, brothers, grandfathers, friends who identify as ‘male’ ~ We want to hear your point-of-view as the caregiver in the Rare Family.
At ANGEL AID, we believe in uplifting the family by supporting caregivers. While caregivers are primarily mothers, we have not forgotten about fathers. The important role that fathers play is not to be overlooked. Fathers need self-care, too.
That is why this month we are doing something a little different. We have invited Al Freedman, Rare Father of Jack (26), psychologist, and rare disease and disability advocate, to join our coffee break on June 23 at 1 pm PST.
This is a time for Rare Fathers (and Rare Mothers, too!) to take a break, share, and learn.
